If you decide to hire another company to provide second hand on the work you have hired me for and do not give advanced notice, I will walk away from event same day.

I always say team work makes the dream work. I must be given at least 3 weeks notice. For example if you hired me as your photographer and then hire another photographer I should be notified at least 3 weeks in advance so that I can coincide with the other company. If you do not notify me within that time frame I will walk away from event and all funds will remain non refundable. Payments for events are due by 7 weeks before event so if there are any funds still owed, you will be billed for it.

There will be a consultation fee of $50 for in Initial discussion via phone or video chat for any event services. I accept PayPal, cash app, zelle, and google pay but I prefer zelle payment as it is bank to bank and goes directly into my business account

If you are already a customer and continue to want to discuss outside of office hours please note you will then be charged a consultation fee of $30 base plus $20 per hour… You are able to schedule free time with me via website or Facebook page during business hours. If you decide to message me, call, or text despite of the free hours you could schedule, you will have the added fee invoiced. Thank you for understanding 😊

Prices of items are subject to change as sales taxes increase or if offering bundle deals. Taxes are NOT included in pricing given or posted for items tax is 10% of overall total due to the fact that if you use zelle as payment , you aren’t charged tax. We stride to make all items as affordable as possible and offer discounts and more just for liking and sharing our page.

Do I take a deposit for any deals to receive deal at later date:

Can you add to your order after order is placed? Yes but please note time will be extended 3-14 days because of Added items depending on how many items.

I begin gathering materials making orders and designing as soon as deposits are placed. If I make it I have rights to post it.

If you would like to place an order with me please inbox me with your requirements. If you are ordering wearable items please makes sure to provide sizes. Easiest way for bundle deals would be Name/ Size/color of item/role of person. Please be very responsive in regards to your orders as make orders in the order they are received. Sundays are not included in postage time as they are my closed hours also postal closed hours.

Shipping is Free for most items unless larger order if you are located within the US unless you are in need of priority express shipping, if you are out of country we will work out a very reasonable price for items being shipped.

(Please be sure to read this) Items are shipped out Wednesday mornings after photos are sent to you. Wednesdays are ship out days…If Wednesday falls on or day before a holiday your items will be shipped the following Wednesday.

We do allow rushed orders . If you ordering items a month ahead of time or less and it is a larger order (6 or more items) there will be added fee of $30 to ensure items are finished in time for event. For each rush item under 6 items there will be a $3 fee added to ensure they are done in timely manner. +$20 fee will be add on if need within a week 6+ items since I will be then taking my extra time for myself in the evenings to get your items done.

All orders placed are customized and personal to our customers. Based on this, I am unable to accept returns and do not offer refunds.

I try to mail items as soon as orders are completed and I have sent you last round of photos before packaging. You have one week from the day that you have placed your order and placed your deposit even partial deposit to make any changes as far as sizes go or names after that you will have to pay the full fee for that item again to have the name change or size change.

If you decide to cancel event/order please remember this policy still is in place and order is cancelled as soon as notice is given. It remains non refundable as I have now began to prepare for your date and have set aside that time. All monies made towards personalized items or events are non refundable.

Deposits are 40% of overall total and are non refundable as I begin to gather items as soon as deposit is placed, I also have already set aside time for any events that were to be held while denying other customers that time. That means even if deposit was placed five minutes ago that still stands. I cannot guarantee any bundle deals, discounts, or percentages off without this. If you have ordered and have paid partial payment towards deposit, I will allow 15 days for remainder of deposit to be paid before I mark this transaction as cancelled by customer. I cannot continuously hold days when the deposit isn’t paid in full. Partial deposits are non refundable

Any % off or $ off deals do not count toward bundle deals in which you are buying and getting one Free or for Robes orders unless stated otherwise in the offer. By sending any payment to our business or signing any agreements placed with us you are ensuring that you have read about us and agree to what is stated.

If on the rare occasion your items are damaged in transit, you must contact me within 5 hours of delivery. I will aim to sort this for you as soon as possible. While I do take every precaution to ensure your products are secure and protected I am unable to guarantee their safety once I have shipped. I try my best to work with you on any damaged or unsatisfactory orders but if you place claim with Paypal that means you have now placed issue in their hands and I am no longer obligated to continue discussing the situation if they have closed the case.

Hi I normally don’t come to you all on Sunday but here it is..1 hire a coordinator who knows what they are doing if you’re not hiring me..I’ve found myself taking over my past 3 wedding as just photographer or videographer….otherwise get all in one from me!

2. If your wedding coverage exceeds the time you’ve paid coverage for photography and videography are $125 per extra hour of coverage…. This is to be noted as of 5/22/2022 coordination is $165 more per hour. If your event starts late this still applies and I begin capturing at time of discussion which more likely than not will start with as you the customer, gets prepared for event.

3. If your wedding coverage is 4+ hours and you are more than 1.5 hour away from Peoria, Illinois you must cover a room for me to sleep! If 4 hours + away you must also cover a travel fee. If you are up to 4 hours your travel fee is $150 if you are up to 8 hours your travel fee is $250 and if your are 10+ hours away your travel fee is the cost of the flight ticket round trip or $550 which ever is cheaper. You also must cover even if it’s just for engagement photos that are an hour session but you live more than a more than 4 hours away both room and travel. (Look out for deals on waived travel fees)

4. I have a full shot sheet that I like to get captured and I like to be on time for those things due to timelines..

5. If I am hired as your photographer/videographer I expect venue to already be setup for shots the day of…. I give a few hours of leeway for this. But I like things planned and escalated… If you do not have a person for this please let me know ahead just in case I’m needing to step into one of my other professional hats🙂
