•Includes initial consultation to discuss vision, timeline, and vendors.
On-Site Preparations & Coordination
•Final venue walkthrough to finalize layout and logistics.
•Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline.
•Coordination with vendors to confirm timelines and expectations.
•Rehearsal management for bridal party roles and placement.
Day-Of Support & Management
•Full support as the contact point for vendors and family.
•Troubleshooting with an emergency kit for last-minute issues.
•Ceremony and reception management, ensuring seamless flow.
•Wrap-up and teardown, ensuring all items are safely packed.
Includes six hours of pre-prep before the wedding day service hours to connect with the client as well as any vendors to make sure things are aligning the right way

Intimate Bundle
A bundle that includes place settings for up to 30 people. This bundle features chair covers, sashes, overlays, table runners, and custom center pieces for up to 10 tables. Also includes a Bride and/or Groom bundle.
